June 4 - COVID 19 Update

I am opening my practice to fully vaccinated people! Currently I have Thursdays at the Heal space and some Saturdays. Very soon, I will have a practice space at my home which will give much more flexibility.
I am offering a special rate for the first two treatments and 30 minute sessions for those who feel that would work better for them. We are all very depleted after the last year+ and some of us are very fragile.

April 10 - Closing Until Further Notice
Dear friends and clients,
As the threat of the pandemic emerged in the beginning of March, I closed my practice and headed home. As I imagine many of you had to do as well. The Heal space is now completely closed. It was and is the safest and best solution for all of us.
I am old enough to realize that change and tragedy and upheaval will pass. That is not always reassuring as we live day to day. But we are transformed by trauma; again, it’s very hard to see the lesson. We may ask ourselves... what will be the new normal?
I hope and pray as we travel together through this portal, we will leave behind what is not needed and take with us that what we have learned is truly valuable. There will be a lot of pain and loss needing remediation on the other side. Uncertainty takes a toll on us; emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Recently, I have been focusing on the many stories of compassion and self sacrifice, especially by those in the medical profession. But also all the little things us average folk are trying to do to stay connected and help out.
To all my clients past present and future, stay safe, take good care of yourselves and those around you I look forward to being with you in the future. If you care to touch base, I would love to hear from you.
